A binding purchase agreement has only been entered into between the organizer and the ticket holder (“you”) when Parnassos.dk has registered and received payment, and you have received an order confirmation. The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law.
To order tickets on parnassos.dk, you must register as a user and provide your name, address and email address. The information is used to complete the purchase. If there are problems with a purchase, or if, for example, a cancellation or similar occurs, the information will be used to contact you.
In addition to what is stated about the storage of personal data in our personal data and cookie policy, information about purchases is stored to the extent that Parnassos.dk is obliged to do so in accordance with relevant applicable legislation, including the Danish Accounting Act.
If your personal data is used for marketing purposes, this will always be done in compliance with relevant applicable legislation, including the Danish Marketing Act, and never without your consent.
If you wish to complain about an event, this complaint must be received at Overtoner@parnassos.dk no later than 3 months after the event date has ended.
Ticket purchase
1. Search and find ticket(s)
2. Log in if you are already a customer. If you have not already created a customer profile, you must create one in order to purchase tickets. You can do this at www.parnassos.dk
3. Select delivery method
4. Enter customer data
5. Select payment method
6. Check that all information is correct
7. Approve the purchase. Your order confirmation can now be seen on the screen, and you will receive your ticket in your email within a few minutes.
Tickets purchased online will always be sent by email. The ticket can be printed or presented on a mobile phone at the event. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send your ticket by post.
All prices include VAT, taxes and ticket fees. You can pay for your tickets online with Mobilpay, Dankort, VISA and MasterCard.
There is no ticket fee with us.
Purchased tickets and products are only refunded in the event of cancellation. The refund will be made to the payment card used to purchase the tickets.
Purchased tickets and products are generally not refunded when events are moved. In the event of certain event moves, it is exceptionally possible to request a ticket refund. In these cases, the buyer will always be contacted by Parnassos.dk at the email address provided at the time of purchase with further information regarding the possibility of a ticket refund.
There is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases.
Parnassos’ liability for damage to persons and objects, etc. is limited to circumstances resulting from gross negligence on Parnassos’ part and liability stipulated in general, mandatory compensation rules.

Complaints and options for appeal
Any form of complaint must be addressed to overtoner@parnassos.dk
Complaints about a specific performance must be received within 3 months of the performance.
After 3 months, the complaint period will have expired.
Parnassos.dk reserves the right to cancel issued tickets against a refund of the ticket price. Parnassos.dk makes reservations for errors in information about prices and for sold-out events. Parnassos.dk reserves the right to change the seat allocation within the same ticket category, as well as move to another category against paying you any price difference.
